Diagnose before you swap.
Replacing parts until a system behaves is expensive and embarrassing. We measure, read the sequence, and find the cause — capacitor, board, charge, airflow — before anything gets billed.

Size the system to the house.
An oversized AC short-cycles and never dehumidifies; an undersized one runs forever. We look at the building, not the old nameplate, and install equipment that actually fits.

Sweat the ductwork.
Good equipment on bad duct is wasted money. Proper sizing, sealed joints, and balanced returns deliver more comfort than a bigger unit ever will.

Answer the phone.
Most weekday calls reach the owner directly. You will know who you talked to, who is coming, and who to ask for if something needs follow-up.
